This training is focused on helping associates and managers get more comfortable with the SABA Performance Appraisal process we have here at ADAMH.
The training is divided up into two separate videos. This training is NOT mandatory and it does not have a requirement for completion. It exists only as an extra resource to help organization members with the appraisal process.
Be mindful of the due dates for the following steps:
1.Employee writes self-appraisal
2.Manager writes their appraisal after
reviewing the employee self-appraisal
3.Second level manager approves the
appraisal
4.Manager meets with employee
5.Employee sign-off
6.Manager sign-off
7.Sr. Staff sign-off* (if applicable)
8.HR rep sign-off
